my room was a lovely, large superior room. it even included a balcony and a huge tv. i found the carpet quite plush and the bed was very comfortable.

i found the service somewhat impersonal. the car park was difficult at times to navigate. i also found it hard to find an available space.

amazing stay!

great staff super clean room loch view

The staff was really great. the manager greeted us right on the coach and told us the next steps. our room upgrade to room 78 had a amazing loch view. It was super clean. i really liked the usb plugs everywhere for charging!

the wifi was patchy. it worked best in the bar. i wish it was stronger in the bedroom.

The hotel manager greeted us warmly on arrival, advising us on collecting our door cards. The waiter, leandro, was a star, always helpful. christina, the bar staff, was also very cute. the staff smiled always

super stay, great views!

modern room usb point

the modern double room view was excellent. i really enjoyed the amazing view of the loch from the bed! the room included tea and coffee making facilities and usb charging points which was super convenient. there was a good-sized wardrobe with about 15 hangers.

The wifi was patchy. it seemed to work best only in the bar or the lounge. i could not use it well in the room. It was not really strong enough.

Breakfast had a good choice of cereals and juices. hot breakfast, tea, coffee, toast, and jams were brought to my table quickly. dinner offered three courses including vegan options. This had a good range of starters, mains and sweets.

Staff always had a smile, no matter how busy they were. the bar staff provided a pleasant welcome and asked about my day. I thought that was kind. leandro, the waiter, was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for him.

The staff are great and very cute. the hotel was immaculate throughout my stay. i found my room very comfortable. It had everything i needed. a large superior room!!!

The cleanliness in some areas could be improved. I noticed a few spots that needed extra attention.

The team greeted us warmly. They were friendly and helpful. The staff ensured our holiday had fun experiences. The manager greeted our coach and streamlined check in.

The wifi signal was inconsistent in the bedroom.

It also featured a super clean shower, a great bathroom, and a very spacious wardrobe with hangers. A dressing table with a mirror provided storage through drawers, and a hairdryer completed the amenities.

charming stay with loch views

loch view refurbished room friendly staff quick service

i appreciated the loch view from my room it was lovely. the room felt recently refurbished and very clean. the staff proved friendly and quite helpful . i found the service quick even when the hotel seemed busy.

the shower pressure felt a little low but it wasn't a major issue
