I found the hotel was very clean. A comfy bed was provided. A decent shower in the en-suite was appreciated.
The room was on the third floor and required climbing steep stairs. It was hard to carry heavy luggages.

The room was very clean. I noticed the modern layout. The room had plenty of space. The staff were polite (a rarity nowadays). The breakfast options were different and food was fresh. The food was also cooked perfectly. It was a great way to start the day.
The bathroom was very tiny. It was almost impossible to shower in the cubicle.

The hotel enjoys a central position. It is easy to reach many attractions. I found the hotel is conveniently located near various shops and amenities. This makes exploring the area straightforward.

The desk staff offered very friendly service. Check-in and check-out were efficient processes. I could drop off bags before check-in, allowing me to start my exploration earlier. The staff were willing to assist with requests.
