fantastic stay with amazing amenities

fresh pastries attentive staff honesty bar

The breakfast included a wide variety of options. i liked the fresh pastries delivered to the door (a very nice touch!). the staff was very attentive. the honesty bar in the downstairs lounge was a great amenity. I just wrote down my room number and drink selection.

A Romantic seaside escape

hollandaise sauce seaview room lovely choices

Breakfast offered lovely choices. Poached eggs with hollandaise sauce and bacon started my first morning. Scrambled eggs and salmon brightened the next. I savored orange juice and pastries delivered each morning. The seaview room revealed Calmac ferries entering and leaving the port. Kerrera island sat across the water. Visiting Hutchinson Monument and the marina became part of our journey.

The residents' lounge was locked at 11pm. Comfortable chairs in the room were lacking. Sitting on the bed was my only alternative. This made relaxing in the evenings a little difficult.

The hotel is very close to town centre, only a short walk away. This provides convenient access to local shops and restaurants. The position allows for exploration of area attractions. It is also very close to the railway station

The hotel includes a lounge area and outside seating area . Parking is available outside the hotel. There is even an ev charging point on site to facilitate drivers with electric cars.

cozy lounge tender atmosphere complimentary fizz

carrie greated me with a complimentary glass of fizz in the lounge. the atmosphere feelt tender. breakfast is pre ordered and served in the kitchen diner. it feelt like a tender home.

the residents lounge closes early at 11pm. i wishes it stayed open a bit longer. it was a little disappointing
