unique and lovely experience

easy access lovely treat added comfort attentive staff

the location allowed easy access to everything. the room included complimentary beverages that was a lovely treat. the provided slippers added comfort. i found the staff attentive to my needs, a simple detail , made all difference.

i did notice the hallways can be a bit narrow.

The room had complimentary crisps, water, tea, coffee, and Tunocks tea cakes. The walk-in shower had shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The water was hot.

The breakfast service was quite slow.

Surprisingly good!

garrison suite cute snacks train station lift helpful staff

I usually don't write reviews. Our group of three adults stayed in a garrison suite, and it was great. The room was well-equipped. It suited us perfectly for two nights. Cute snacks came with coffee and tea. It was a nice bonus. Staff helped arrange a lift to the train station early Sunday as no taxis were available.

The mattress was unbearable in the cell room I booked. It resembled old ikea student mattresses. It was no more than 3-4 inches. The shower curtain looked nice. Water went all over the floor. Therefore, do not leave anything sitting there after exiting the shower.

The staff members are VERY friendly and helpful. They are eager to assist guests and answer questions. Their cute demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile greatly enhanced the overall stay. The breakfast service was superb, it was included.

convenient location complimentary coffee comfortable shower

The location was very convenient (it was close to many attractions). I appreciated the free coffee available in the breakfast room. The shower, though outside the room, was comfortable and clean.

My cell room was very small for two people.
