i found the staff very nice and accommodating. they were attentive to our needs. the breakfast was amazing and had a good variety of options. i particularly appreciated the traditional decor that aligned with the area.

the television experienced constant buffering issues. this was quite distracting. a hair dryer would have been beneficial in the room.

Solid Stay in Highlands

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was superb. The Bothy attached to the hotel was excellent. I found the food amazing. The staff provided friendly service. This. The rooms had amenities, location, showers and were kept beautiful. I especially liked the way the showers were set up. I found the room spacious. The hotel provides good value. The New Year's Gala Dinner and ceilidh were great. I met some lovely people. The bagpipes and the traditional music created a great atmosphere. I enjoyed the festive spirit.

The vegan options were not well labelled. I would have appreciated more clarity on the menu.

the location is peaceful with beautiful views. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i found the bothy bar relaxing (a real highlight for me). i enjoyed dinner and breakfast, with generous portions and tasty options.

the lack of a lift was a little inconvenient, especially with luggage.
