loose tiles stretched staff

The hotel was lovely, though it did have its issues. The staff seemed stretched thin. Service suffered as a result. Our suite needed maintenance. I noticed loose floor tiles in the bathroom. It was like attention to detail slipped a bit.

the staff was attentive and very charming. i reminded me of royalty there. the food was AMAZING!!! it was worth every penny.
