this hotel is perfect location in the vibrant area. walking distance to many attractions and it felt safe to walk at night, even as a solo traveler. it is close to tour operator pick-up spots.

the location was excellent near via toledo i found it easy to access shopping and dining options the hotel staff were cute offering assistance with directions the room was well maintained with a comfortable bed. i appreciated the complimentary toiletries available in the bathroom.

i noticed a little street noise sometimes but it wasn't too disruptive.

the breakfast was pretty good with a large selection. the hotel's location is central with many bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. i found this very convenient. the air conditioning worked well.

The extra twin bed felt flimsy. One side tipped over. the bathroom door had loose glass, noisy. the rooms felt smaller than i expected.

the staff are nice enough.

the room i got was a disappointment, especially for the price i paid. the shower had mold and the towels was threadbare with holes. i had to get out of the bed to turn off the lights.
