the location was great for accessing shops and cafes. the proximity to buses made getting around easy. i found local walks to places of interest very accessible.
the corridors smelled faintly like wet dog, a little off-putting.

the pub offers many tvs. various sporting channels are available. there are free pool tables and a dart board. a juke box plays all kinds of music and is free after 6pm.

i found the staff very helpful. they gave assistance with any questions. i noticed a lively pub below the hotel and it presented good drinks prices and a relaxed atmosphere. i sat outside to watch everything.
the carpets made the corridors smell a bit musty.

The staff are helpful! I had some questions about the local area. They provided great recommendations. The pub downstairs had good drinks prices. The vibe was relaxed for sitting outside and people-watching.
The hotel looked good outside. Inside, the pub felt dark and needed some care. The stairs and hallways were very narrow. It was a maze to find my room!
