friendly staff spacious room central location

The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was quite spacious. I appreciated the hotel's central location. It made exploring the area easy.

The breakfast options were a little limited.

The location is excellent. Many attractions are within walking distance! The metro station is just a short walk away! There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby.

My room was clean and well-kept. I found it to be a very comfortable space. The bed was very large! I slept well each night. The powerful, warm shower was also a MAJOR plus!!!

central location clean room comfortable bed

i LOVED the central location, it was super convenient to get around. the room WAS clean, i was really impressed. the bed was HUGE and really comfortable!

the elevator WAS slightly slow sometimes.

friendly staff sound proofing faulty air conditioner dim lighting

THE location was definitely a plus. it was easy to reach major transit hubs. The staff seemed friendly AND helpful. THE room had good soundproofing so I wasn't bothered by street noise.

I found a few issues. The air conditioner didn't seem to work properly. I also noticed the bathroom lighting was quite dim. Finding plug-ins proved a challenge too.

great location helpful receptionists limited breakfast uncomfortable mattresses

the location is great it is walking distance to many tourist spots and restaurants the receptionists were helpful they assisted with directions and recommendations

the breakfast was limited for a four-star hotel the pillows and mattresses were not comfortable the bathroom lacked a proper ventilation system
