THE location was definitely a plus. it was easy to reach major transit hubs. The staff seemed friendly AND helpful. THE room had good soundproofing so I wasn't bothered by street noise.

I found a few issues. The air conditioner didn't seem to work properly. I also noticed the bathroom lighting was quite dim. Finding plug-ins proved a challenge too.

the location is great it is walking distance to many tourist spots and restaurants the receptionists were helpful they assisted with directions and recommendations

the breakfast was limited for a four-star hotel the pillows and mattresses were not comfortable the bathroom lacked a proper ventilation system
