Solid choice in a great location
helpful staff luggage storage central location
The staff was always ready to assist. They offered luggage storage, which i found very useful. The location really is central (close to everything!). I found it easy to walk to many attractions.
The air conditioning wasn't great. I couldn't adjust the temperature and it seemed stuck, so the room got a bit too cold at night.

An elevator is available (a big plus!). This made moving luggage and accessing upper floors easy. Staff kept the facilities clean throughout my stay.

The breakfast includes a pleasant breakfast room. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection. I noticed fresh items are frequently replenished (good!).

My room included appropriate facilities. Daily cleaning kept the room tidy and fresh. I appreciated the spacious bathroom (plenty of room!).

location ok. some ISSUES
broken air conditioning faulty key card
The location was alright. It was close enough to a few things.
I WASN'T happy. The air conditioning DIDN'T work, and it was HOT. The card key also failed, forcing them to give me a physical key. They couldn't fix the electronic system!

convenient location friendly staff clean room
I found the location convenient. I could easily walk to many attractions. The staff was always friendly and ready to assist. The room was kept impeccably clean daily. The minibar was a definite plus for keeping drinks cold.
The street noise at night was noticeable. Lighter sleepers might want to bring earplugs.
