the location IS stellar. the metro station was a quick walk. i could get to the airport using only the metro. the city center was in WALKING distance.
my check-in took a very long time. there were MANY pieces of paper. it did not seem environmentally friendly.

mixed feelings about the stay.

The bathroom needed some serious attention, honestly. The hand shower had mould, and the sink drained slowly. The hot water was inconsistent too. It was either too hot OR too cold. it was annoying.

I found the staff very helpful, especially regarding luggage storage. We left our bags securely before check-in. the breakfast had a decent spread. i particularly appreciated carolina, one of the smiling staff members at check-in. the room was cleaned well everyday. the updated bathroom had a good shower.
i noticed the younger employees seemed to require some extra training in hospitality. while not rude, a smile goes a long way. they looked somewhat distant, which impacted the overall feel of the service i received. a little extra warmth could greatly improve the guest experience

i found the staff cute and efficient. the room included complimentary mineral water which was nice. breakfast offered good choices and tasty croissant, especially fresh from the oven.
i noticed the absence of a coffee machine in the room. i missed having that amenity for a morning coffee. i would have also appreciate it if they gave a bottle of water to the room on arrival.
