inconvenient light controls disruptive noise

The breakfast was generous. It included fresh options. The hotel's location allowed walking to many attractions.

I was disappointed with several things . The light controls were inconveniently placed in the room. I could clearly hear people walking on the floor above me, which disrupted my sleep! Air conditioning seemed unregulated because it always blew the same no matter how I adjusted it.
