The staff was very attentive. They let us check in a bit early! I appreciated that after a long flight with no sleep. The rooms are unique. They are also boutique so it is not a Holiday Inn.

The room was quite small. It was hard to move around comfortably. I kept banging my feet against unsafe bed corners. The glass partition in the bathroom was unsafe. I hit my head on it during the night.

The team showed really good attention to detail from check-in to the introduction of both the hotel and my room. Meals in the restaurant were AMAZING!!! The chefs prepared everything to my exact taste. The personalized walking tour provided a superb introduction to the rich history nearby.

the staff was friendly. the bulgari toiletries were great. the location was ideal since all shops and cafes were nearby.

The bedroom was very small. It was hard to move around comfortably. the bed had sharp corners, i hit my feet on them constantly. the room lighting was also too dark.
