adequate stay overall
friendly staff clean room convenient location slow drain breakfast quality airplane noise
the staff was very friendly. i liked that the room was super clean. the location is quite convenient to the metro and train station. this made getting around easy.
the bathtub drained slowly, an inconvenience. the breakfast quality was not great. i also found the traffic and airplane noise quite noticeable.

the location was near a train station plus a supermarket! the included breakfast was a plus. !!
The walls felt paper thin. Cleaners made noise at 9am.

the location was ideal. it was close to a metro station. many restaurants were nearby. the room was cleaned daily to a high standard!!!

comfortable room clean room hot water slow drain flooding bathtub staff response
the room was comfortable and clean. the hot water for showering was nice. i would stay again.
the bathtub drain was slow to drain and it would flood. the staff did not fix it after i asked. the stay was short, but this was not great.

I was a bit disappointed with my room. The bathroom was quite small and outdated. There was also only one elevator for all the floors, I waited for a long time to use it.

helpful staff extra time
The staff were accommodating and helpful. I needed some extra time for a meeting and they allowed me to check out a couple of hours later at NO charge!!!
The hallways needed a REALLY good cleaning.
