welcome chocolatescomfortable bedcleaning service

the welcome chocolates on the pillows were a nice touch, and i found free water in glass bottles. the comfiest bed i think i've ever slept in was also a highlight of my stay.

i noticed some inconsistencies with the room cleaning service , basic amenities were sometimes missing , specifically tissues and a standard toilet kit.

the hotel is super close to the parque underground station , and another underground station is less than 10 minutes by foot. the avenida is not far , allowing a pleasant walk to the city center.

the staff was very helpful with all queries , and they did everything they could for us. reception assisted us to store our luggage until check in , since we arrived early at 11am.
