I received an unexpected upgrade to a junior suite. the room was super clean and cozy. it had a partial view of the gondola. I appreciated the robe, slippers, and bathroom products. the breakfast time accommodated my early flight and the hotel is a short walk to the metro and bus and train station.

soundproofing could be improved. this slightly affected my sleep quality.

The staff was attentive. thiago from reception assisted with my reservation. The bartender provided excellent service. they seemed willing to resolve any issues and ensured a smooth experience. the staff was friendly!

Check in was smooth. the staff seemed super friendly! i was upgraded to a suite. the bathroom even had two sinks. How cool is that?

the soundproofing could be better, i could hear phone calls from upstairs.

The reception staff were warm and helpful! the breakfast staff were efficient. the breakfast spread included a great variety of bread and pastries. warm food, fruits, cereals, and juices were available. dishes were quickly refilled. The room was relaxing.

the bedroom floor felt gritty under my bare feet, it was dirty! i had to brush my feet off each time i came back to bed. there were no boxes of tissues and no cotton face discs for removing makeup.

The staff was pleasant and responded quickly to all requests. The location is AMAZING for anyone needing train access. The breakfast selection was diverse. I especially liked the fresh fruit and pastries.
