helpful staffbright roomgreat location
i found the staff helpful , and they answered all my questions with patience. there were amazing breakfast places around the area. my room was bright and had large windows , letting in plenty of natural light.
the windows in my room could have been cleaner , as they slightly obstructed the view.

noisy stairwayuncomfortable pillows
the room was next to a staff stairway , so it was quite noisy. the door got slammed often , i felt it through the bed's headboard. also , the pillows were terribly uncomfortable , like sleeping on rocks.

i found the hotel very clean. two supermarkets were super close. paid parking spaces are nearby, but street parking is pretty easy too. the room size was decent, and the bed felt comfortable, yay!

the fitness center includes three treadmills, two stationary bikes. weight machines. there is a business center with computers, printers, and comfortable seating areas for meetings. the hotel provides high-speed internet access throughout the premises too.

The aldi supermarket was right next door, made getting snacks very easy. The location was close to Marques de Pombal Square, and i could walk there quickly.
The bathroom had a very light bad smell During the morning.
