easy access train station clean room room slow elevator elevator hot water water
The location was great because it had easy access to the train station. There were supermarkets near. The room felt clean. The bathtub was also nice.
The elevators were slow. Only two elevators exist. There was no hot water kettle in the room. Mixing hot and cold water was very hard when I took a shower.

Attentive Staff and Birthday Surprise
attentive staff birthday surprise kind note
My friend had a birthday, and the hotel surprised us with champagne, a cake, and a kind note. This was appreciated. The attentive staff took note of the dates on the ID, without us even mentioning it. We felt honored by the thoughtful gesture.

the staff offered helpful service. i found plenty of clean towels near the pool. the room provided ample storage, it met my needs. also, the location is close to the metro, allowing convenient access around, it was so easy.
the safe in my room malfunctioned . i asked the front desk three times for assistance, but it remained unfixed. it is clear the departments do not communicate well together. this lack of coordination caused unnecessary frustration.
