Wonderful Stay!

helpful staff breakfast selection historical artifacts convenient location

The staff was helpful and courteous. They quickly addressed all my questions. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of fresh items and local pastries. I enjoyed the convenience of the on-site museum. It featured interesting historical artifacts. The location was superb. I easily walked to several nearby attractions.

The gym equipment was a bit limited. It could use a few more machines to accommodate more guests at peak times.

Staff members offered prompt and efficient assistance. They swiftly handled requests. Concierge services were available 24/7, and they were very informed. The level of attention was really excellent!!!

My room included a private terrace with seating, facing a quiet courtyard. The bed was comfortable and the linen was soft. A safe and minibar were included, a PLUS.

The hotel had easy access to public transportation, including buses and metro lines. Several restaurants and shops were within walking distance, very convenient. It was perfect for exploring the city.

the location was central it was very close to all attractions. breakfast had nice options and it was good quality food was fresh.

the gym had large cockroaches in the morning i found that unhygienic. i couldn't get a guaranteed late check-out even for an extra fee.

oh my gosh! the staff greeted me super fast. the hotel had an archeological site! it showed history in the hotel. the location felt so great, near everything!

the room was clean and quiet. i appreciated the complimentary champagne and brownies that awaited me in the room as a birthday courtesy. the breakfast was amazing!!!
