Excellent Stay Experience

The staff was very helpful . The location is near the metro station. I received a welcome platter of fruit and wine upon my arrival. The hotel accommodated my dietary needs with their kitchen preparations.
The air conditioning in the room was not very effective.

The room was spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom included a bidet, a great addition for hygiene. Cleanliness was evident in every corner of the room.

The reception officers, Arthur and Evelyn, were especially helpful. Arthur provided detailed historical information about Portugal. The staff ensured my bags were stored safely after check-out because my flight was late.

Excellent Hotel with Great Amenities

The room included a comfortable bed and the pillows were great. Staff members were friendly and helpful . The location is convenient, as it is close to a metro station. The ride to the airport cost only eleven euros.
The air conditioning was not very effective and created a noticeable noise during the night.

The breakfast buffet provided many choices, including continental options. I found welcome chocolates and complimentary water in the room . I also found a bottle of wine.

The hotel staff were helpful and cooperative . They addressed all my needs with a friendly attitude. Their service certainly lived up to my expectations and I am grateful.

The reception staff were helpful. They gave us directions.
The air conditioning did not work well in my room. I had to use two power bars connected to each other to plug in my machine since there were no outlets near the bedsides. The tour bus had a hard time getting to the hotel due to its out of the way location.
