I liked the convenient location, it was near everything. the breakfast buffet was extensive, it offered a good selection. the gym facilities were also very good. I used the treadmill daily.

the check-in process felt impersonal the reception staff looked uninterested i asked for a slightly later checkout but got conflicting information and a distinct lack of enthusiasm furthermore the reception area lacked any real charm and felt quite cavernous

the room felt a bit outdated. i noticed a noticeable stain on the carpet, not exactly what one expects. also, the gym was smaller than i anticipated and lacked some essential equipment, like a decent bench press. it's fine, but it's hard to call it luxurious..

overall good experience, but with issues

staff service sea view yummy breakfast missing clothes no drawers no hangers

i stayed here for a few nights and found the staff service to be excellent. the rooms were spacious. i liked the nice sea view from my room. the breakfast was also yummy.

I found that my room had nowhere to put my clothes away, there were no drawers. there were also no hangers, so i had to live out of my suitcase for the duration of my stay. when i returned to my room one evening, i noticed my suitcase was not the way i left it. i later discovered a designer dress and a custom jacket were missing. I'm not happy about this.
