tasty breakfast helpful staff

The breakfast was tasty with many options. the staff were ALWAYS kind and helpful. They elevated the stay. I found the hotel design quite NICE and appealing. the cleanliness was Really good. They maintained a very high standard.

the sliding toilet door did not insulate noise properly.

poor acoustics uncomfortable mattress

i booked a premium double room. sadly, the acoustics were not good. the bathroom layout was odd with the basin by the bed and the toilet in a separate small space. the mattress wasn't comfortable, so sleep was difficult.

The location was CENTRAL, I could walk to many attractions. My room had nice amenities like a complimentary mini bar. It WAS stocked daily.

My room overlooked a VERY noisy street! the breakfast selection was small. There were few choices available.

small room awkward bathroom layout

the staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations (i really appreciated their insights).

The room i booked, a superior double room, was smaller than i expected. there was also significant street noise at night. I didn't sleep well those nights. furthermore, the bathroom layout was awkward with the sink being separated from the shower and toilet areas. It lacked privacy.

the hotel was sometimes noisy, the sound insulation needs improving. it Was difficult to properly close the toilet door in the bathroom. i found there Was few towel hooks in the bathroom.
