the location was good near the vasco da gama mall. the room was clean. the area is safe for a single female traveler.

the front staff had a poor attitude. i found a fruit fly in my breakfast juice. there was a goat-like smell in the room.

i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the estação do oriente. the location made it easy to catch my train to porto. the staff were competent at reception and the breakfast buffet had varied choices. i found the option for fresh orange juice good.

the room was noticeably small. it made moving around a bit difficult.

smooth check-indirty towelpoor housekeeping

check-in happened online before arrival and room was ready.

cleanliness was not at standard. towels were not changed and were refolded while dirty then put back. i found pillow and pillowcase were dirty, they were probably not changed. housekeeping do little to keep shampoos and toiletries restocked daily.
