the room size was smaller than expected, and i felt cramped . the breakfast selection lacked variety and the coffee tasted burnt. the service was also slow, i often had to wait a long time for assistance.

The bathroom felt cramped. Turning around in the shower was a struggle. water leaked everywhere because of the small towel provided. It was constantly soaked! asking for an extra towel reminded me of a chore since housekeeping kept removing it. the breakfast selection could have been better, it was quite basic.

The beautiful suite offered a separate kitchen, a bedroom, and a lounge area. It felt very spacious. staff displayed excellent service. They were always available, and solved any issues quickly. the hotel's central location made it easy to walk to many local spots. i liked the tasty breakfast with a lot of options.

the noise from the nearby street bar was quite loud at night. it made sleeping difficult at times, especially with people chatting loudly.

The rooftop bar was noisy. It bothered me. the staff tried telling me the drain smell came from the rice field. that excuse did not seem true to me. the rooms felt small. i heard dogs barking all night since my room faced the street. i told staff. They did not offer adequate solutions.
