The restaurant, Improvável, serves Alentejano fare with a sophisticated twist at dinner, offering an à la carte menu with dishes like bacalhau a bras or game sausages. Breakfast offers fresh local breads and pastries, fruit and eggs. Lunch provides a snack menu with wraps, salads, hamburgers, and spaghetti. A snack list is available from Sunday to Thursday, 12:00 to 19:00. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in casual surroundings. There is also a snack bar/deli and coffee/tea in a common area. A snooker table is near the restaurant, and a shop sells house wine.

Location and Proximity
Imani Country House is in a rural setting near the Unesco heritage city of Evora, 16 km away. It is 15 minutes from the heritage city of Evora, the capital city of Alentejo, famed for its preserved Roman temple. The agricultural farm features old gardens, lawns, stone tanks, and sculptures, and is linked to a grove of centenarian cedars. Portugal's important Megalithic site, the Almendres Cromlech, is nearby. There is also access to wine school with tastings and experiments conducted by winemaker Paulo Laureano.
