spacious room historic hotel ugly room poor maintenance

The room was spacious. The outside pool was nice. I found such peace in the setting of this hotel. I also appreciated the history behind this hotel. You can feel it as one walks the halls, I tell you. The grounds are lovely.

The hotel seemed dated. The rooms felt somewhat ugly. Everything was tired and stained. Things were also poorly maintained. I feel this is an issue for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

The building's architecture is fine. Staff members are friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet included coffee and milk in hot pots. The outdoor pool is spacious and well-situated. I loved the convenience and quality.

The breakfast buffet offered assorted breads. I discovered really good cheese varieties and fresh honey. The restaurant and bar served fantastic food. Dinner reservations fill up quickly, I booked ahead of time.

The staff members are highly qualified and efficient. The service was excellent throughout the hotel. Everyone is genuinely friendly and helpful, I felt very welcomed. English is spoken well by the staff.

The pool area had comfortable loungers and it wasn't too crowded . The staff was friendly and approachable. I found them to be quite helpful. I also enjoyed the breakfast.

The sauna was not hot. It was only around 70 degrees. The steam room also was not working properly. The jacuzzi had similar issues.
