I found the location convenient. It's very close to the train station. The room was quite clean and the shower worked effectively. I appreciated that there was a safe, it was very beneficial.

I noticed noise from upper floors and adjacent rooms during the night, disturbing the privacy due to minimal room isolation. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. I notified hotel staff, but nothing could be done about it.

The air conditioning was centralized. I could not control the temperature from the room. It was on all night and much too cold. I found dirty towels that had several hairs on them. These issues negatively impacted my stay.

The location suited my travel plans well because it was close to the main station. The room was cleaned every day and modern. It provided everything I needed. The hotel has security at the reception operating 24 hours.

The female staff member wasn't as helpful. She refused to check if hot water was available. It would have been a simple request to fulfill after a rainy day.
