i found the room quite clean. the breakfast variety was good. the hotel's location suited me, a bit away from the busy areas. the staff provided immediate help when i needed it.

The hotel entrance is not well indicated. I missed it at first.

the breakfast offered a decent start to the day.

The bathroom had issues. The rubber seal on the plug was broken, preventing the bath from filling properly! additionally, staff did not address our request to hoover up broken glass in the room. a pre-booked taxi also failed to materialise. These issues need immediate attention.
