Adequate Stay, Some Issues Present

false advertisement unfulfilled promise

The hotel location proved convenient for accessing major attractions..

The listing advertised an on-site coffee house. This was false because it is actually a public café across the street with limited hours. A bottle of French champagne and fruit was promised in our room package but it never materialized. Staff said they would investigate but did not follow up. Instead, we were offered a voucher for breakfast elsewhere.

prime location comfortable room super clean difficult access tiny elevator luggage service

The location were perfect. My room were comfortable and super clean. The staff was the stand out portion of the trip. They went over and above to. Breakfast at the cafe nearby I did enjoy.

The front door access was at first difficult to find. Once you find where you need to go, you find that you need to squeeze into a tiny elevator. If it weren't for the added service for our luggage, we not have made it up.
