moldy grout cracked tiles
the location was acceptable since it was near public transport.
the room i got was far from a 4-star experience! the bathroom looked like it hadn't been updated in decades. grout was moldy and some tiles were even cracked. the showerhead sprayed water everywhere except where it should.

simple room near vatican
convenient location pleasant breakfast comfortable bed
I found the location quite convenient near st peter basilica. breakfast was a pleasant surprise. It had great variety. my superior double or twin room had a comfortable bed. the daily cleaning was thorough, and i appreciated fresh towels.
the elevator was very small and could barely fit two people with suitcases.
