the hotel is near termini station. there are many restaurants close by. the staff let me check in early, this was helpful. they held my bags after checkout so i could explore before leaving.

the room was small, with limited space for luggage, this made it difficult to organize my belongings.

the staff was friendly. i was happy to find coffee and tea in my superior double room. the location was fine and there are several good restaurants close. the beds were so comfy and i am very grateful.

the air conditioning did not work very well and i was told it would be checked. i found this annoying as the room stayed warm. the tv signal was not good. it kept flickering and i could not watch it properly.

Wonderful Stay Near Termini Station

I found the staff helpful. They allowed an early check-in. Many restaurants are within easy walking distance. The hotel held my bags after checkout, which allowed more exploration before leaving. Free water and coffee and tea were provided in the room, complete with everything needed.

The television signal was not optimal. It stuttered at times.

the hotel had a lift. local food options were just outside. the girls at front reception were helpful. the room was clean and modern, it included tea, coffee and toiletries.

The shared wi-fi signal was terrible. i could not move my phone away from the dressing table area. cellular signal was non existent in the room. It was a nuisance. there was an internal window. it led to a creepy staircase.

The room considered my minimal needs. It met those needs with the quality equipment provided. I found complimentary bottles of quality water in the minibar. The room was clean. The modernity integrated well into a historical context. I appreciated the quiet location. I found some excellent restaurants right outside the door.

The hotel did not refill the coffee and tea in the room after I consumed it, but this was a very minor detail.
