The staff was mostly nice, although one breakfast staff member was abrupt two days in a row.

The air conditioning was AWFUL. It barely worked. The shower was also quite bad. I also found the hand basin was blocked. It drained slowly.

the location was very convenient to the train station. there were many restaurants nearby. the staff was very nice except for one breakfast staff member. comfy beds were available.

the room we booked did not match the photos. there were no curtains or lamps. the furniture was splintered and broken the walls were dirty and marked.

the air conditioning unit in the room was quite loud. it didn't cool the room down effectively. also, i noted that the room looked a bit old.

unstable liftunchanged sheets

the room i had felt pretty outdated. cupboard doors were falling apart, which wasn't a great first impression, and the lift felt scary and unstable. there was also this constant sewer smell in the room, a problem i couldn't seem to escape. plus, i noticed dust everywhere and it didn't look like the sheets had been changed. it was a bit disappointing overall.
