The location is quite good. It is close to the main attractions. This accessibility was acceptable.

The room was not well kept. The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. The black curtain was also not working properly, so I could not close it completely. How annoying

the location was acceptable.

The cleanliness was not good. There was hair in the bathroom when i arrived and they did not replace the shower gel. the curtains did not close properly and much light entered in the morning. also, the bathroom is only painted, and it has no tiles.

The location was fine. I could walk to most places, i guess.

The room was a bit rough around the edges. I noticed some wear and tear. the curtains did not block out light properly. The morning sun woke me up early. also, i thought the bathroom needed more attention. I saw some hairs upon arrival and the bath gel was not refilled.

Excellent City Centre Location

The location is superb. Plaza Navona is directly across from the hotel. The room was clean. The front desk staff were friendly. They arranged a limousine from the airport and subsequently to a cruise ship for a reasonable price.

The room was smaller than expected based on the pictures I saw. It was a bit difficult to open luggage completely given the limited space.

The room offered adequate space and had comfortable furnishings. Daily towel replacement added convenience. The room design included a modern aesthetic. I noted attention to detail with provisions like slippers and body lotion.
