fantastic location and helpful staff
central location clean room helpful staff convenient access
the hotel is near st peter's basilica and offers convenient access to restaurants and cafes. the room size was suitable, and cleanliness was maintained well throughout my stay. the staff were very helpful from check-in to check-out (max at the front desk even helped book a taxi).
the shower cubicle was small.

The front desk staff were very helpful with directions. The hotel is close to the vatican it's about a ten-minute walk. I found a carrefour and a good restaurant very close to the hotel. The staff packed breakfast for me to go which i thought was very kind.

the location offers easy access to major attractions and services. it is very near public transport options like buses and metro stations. several shops and excellent restaurants are just a short walk from the premises.

the rooms are spacious and well kept. daily cleaning service is provided including fresh towel replacement. many rooms also include a private balcony which is a nice addition when you want to relax.

Excellent Breakfast and Helpful Staff
helpful staff excellent breakfast
The reception staff provided helpful guidance about the area. Andrea even packed a breakfast bag for my early departure. The location is within walking distance of Vatican City. Public transportation access to other sites is also very close.
I have no complaints about my stay.

i liked the breakfast. it had sausages and an omelet with yogurt and pastries. the hotel staff was friendly. they speak english. the hotel is a five minute walk from a vatican location.
the extra bed. it was not a real three person room. it was a very full room.

the staff offered helpful service. breakfast included a good selection of food plus free espresso. the location was convenient for visiting vatican city I walked there easily. the room was clean and had a balcony.
the shower cubicle was quite small I struggled to bend down.
