I found the staff to be lovely and helpful, especially Andre at reception. He made sure I knew where I was going. Breakfast for 5 euro was great. It set me up for the day! The room and hotel were clean. the bed was comfortable.

The lift to the upper floors was small. This did cause a bit of a wait at times.

The hotel has a great location! The metro is a short walk outside the Opera. Termini Station is about a ten-minute walk. Many historic sites with restaurants are within fifteen to twenty minutes by foot.

I appreciated being within a short walk of many historical sites! the hotel was also close to the termini station! it made transportation very easy. the hotel staff were helpful and kind. I felt very welcome .

i found that the walls were quite thin, though it did not disturb my sleep greatly.

This hotel was quite a find, recommended by friends. it is close to termini station, maybe a 5-8 minute walk. the location made it easy to reach most attractions on foot. I appreciated the proximity to everything. i really enjoyed the nearby restaurants and the small carrefour in the street.

i found that the showering cabin was too small. it had only a plastic curtain. the water temperature control was quite bad.
