i was disappointed that the pool was closed. it was advertised as open and one reason i booked. the room wasn't cleaned and a bottle of water cost €5.50. the breakfast also wasn't worth having

The hotel was very clean and I noticed the bed linen was fresh. The bathroom also looked super clean. I used the pool and found it nice, though quite deep so caution is advised. The staff gave clear instructions for public transport and taxi services, very helpful indeed.

Giuseppe was a standout staff member. He arranged a wheelchair for my husband. he also helped us meet the pope, a lovely experience. the team was mostly great. I appreciated their friendly attitude. breakfast offered great choices (i really liked the pastries) and the service was excellent.

The rooms seemed a bit dated. An upgrade would improve the stay.
