I found the breakfast selection amazing. They included fresh pastries. the staff at the front desk helped me with directions. They were always available.

I liked that the hotel provided clean spaces. the lobby area was lovely. it's next to a bus station too. It drives you to the center quickly. the staff were very cute.
the lady checking me in was unnecessarily snarky. also, the glass to the bathroom is a bit see through. keep this in mind if you are travelling as a family.

The breakfast provided an adequate selection of items.
The air conditioning system proved ineffective. I found it difficult to regulate the temperature in the room. the noise insulation was inadequate, I could clearly hear conversations from adjacent rooms which disrupted my sleep. The malfunctioning safe in my room caused some consternation as well. I expect that these fundamental services should be correctly maintained.
