mixed feelings about my recent stay

the staff were helpful, i guess, especially the reception guys.
The room i was given was noisy. The walls seemed paper-thin and i could hear everything going on next door. It was not pleasant at all!

the hotel is near the metro i found it easy to reach. nearby are some nice restaurants and supermarkets. the staff were very kind and helpful to me. i found that the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good.
the hotel insists on holding the full value of stay on your credit card i don't have a problem with this however instead of asking if they should process as full payment on checking out they reverse the payment incurring yet another bank charge.

the breakfast selection seemed adequate and fresh i had scrambled eggs bacon yogurt bread rolls and muesli. fruit and cakes were available i consider it better than other italian hotels.

the staff were very helpful i was greeted warmly . the personnel at the reception were very kind and willing to help me with everything. a map was available at the counter .

the room was clean every day i received fresh towels. the bed was comfortable and i slept well. the room felt spacious and well kept. the air conditioning worked well.

the location is near the metro station. the metro station made it easy to explore. the hotel is located a few stops from termini by subway. there are shops close by.

The staff was friendly and helpful. its location suited my needs because it was near public transportation. breakfast was good. I found multiple options that i liked.
The room was small. bathroom finishing was messy. I saw open drill holes. THE shower had a strange open design, and water fell onto the floor.
