Excellent Location, Great Experience

The location provided easy access to transportation options. I walked to the metro station Castro Pretorio quite easily (it is closer than Termini station). The reception staff were helpful. They answered all my questions and offered good directions.

The room lacked storage space, unfortunately. I found no place to lock personal belongings inside the room. Lockers were available, but they required payment and were located outside the room.

The reception is open 24/7, very convenient (especially if you arrive late). The staff were professional and they handled a last-minute modification quickly. Staff assistance was always prompt and attentive.

Rooms were quite spacious and tidy. The sound isolation was effective, so i did not experience disturbances. The room included functional air conditioning and acceptable beds with clean mattresses, which greatly enhanced comfort.

Location rocks as it is an easy walk from the train station. A kitchen is available for heating food, so I can prepare meals easily. The staff was helpful, and I really appreciated Igor's kindness. The room was clean and very fresh, I found my stay enjoyable.

I find it to be over expensive, more facilities should be free. There was only towels available in the room. They do not keep your baggage for free after checkout.

Staff answer questions and provide help. Staff are present to welcome guests. The staff tried about three different ways to get a taxi for us, so I was thankful for their dedication.
