i found the location very convenient near termini train station. it was easy to navigate the city from there. the staff was friendly and helpful (especially with luggage).

the room key controlled the power, including the ac. this meant the ac turned off when i left the room. i found it a bit inconvenient during the hotter days.

The location was convenient, very close to the main train station. I stored my luggage upon early arrival, helpful. The rooftop terrace offered a nice place for a drink, though the view was not special. I appreciated the advice on city travel I received from the staff. It was useful and cautionary.

The air conditioning was centrally regulated, and I had to request adjustments through reception.

The location proved very convenient. It allowed for easy access to various points of interest in the area. I found the staff to be kind (always ready to assist with directions). the room was quite spacious, providing ample space to relax after a day out.

The air conditioning system seemed to be centrally controlled. This meant I could not adjust the temperature to my liking. The housekeeping service was not consistent. Certain amenities, like body lotion, were missing (this was a minor inconvenience, though).
