I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the Laurentina metro station. It made city access easy. The room was modern and very clean (housekeeping did a great job). Breakfast offered many options, but it became repetitive after a few days. it was a pleasant stay.
The air conditioning did not work properly , inconvenient. The staff mentioned it wasn't the season for it, and this forced me to open the window. The street noise was quite noticeable, especially at night, so I found it difficult to sleep soundly.

The breakfast offered tasty options. I especially enjoyed the barista preparing the coffee, it was a nice touch. The room was clean and spacious. Its proximity to the Laurentina Metro Station was a significant benefit.
When I arrived, the shower gel tube was empty. Another day I returned to find there weren't any towels. I had to ask for them and then wait to get a full set.
