Really good Service and Perfect Location

very nice support good breakfast nice message perfect location

The staff provided very nice support before, during, and even after checkout! The breakfast offered a very good start to the day. I received a nice message in my cappuccino! The location is perfect with many restaurants nearby.

The hotel room was smaller than expected. The hallways were narrow.

The hotel features a library lounge that staff used to bring aperitifs. Christmas chocolates were placed in the rooms. Slippers were provided next to the bed during turn down service, a good touch.

Gelato was available on the corner near the hotel. Many excellent restaurants are located close to the hotel. Piazza Navona is just steps away. I found many attractions within walking distance.

Breakfast service was excellent each morning. Christmas breakfast was extra special and lovely. The staff opened early for our early morning departure. They ensured we could eat before our travels.
