helpful staff convenient location complimentary minibar

The staff was always ready to help. i found the location convenient, particularly its nearness to termini station. It made travel easy. the complimentary minibar had water and juice. This was a nice extra.

the elevator was a bit small.

Roma termini is very close. It's within a few minutes' walk. the repubblica metro station is also nearby. bus stops are just at the end of the street on via nazionale. this made transportation very easy

the location is near termini station. the staff was helpful in providing directions. i found a desk in the room. it helped me work.

the elevator access requires navigating a half flight of stairs.

mixed feelings about this stay.

noisy street old air conditioning

The street outside was noisy at night! glass garbage trucks woke me up at 2:30 a.m., and then workers from a nearby café started shouting around 6:30 a.m., not ideal on vacation. the windows definitely need an upgrade. I could hear every word from the street. also, the air conditioning was old, and it struggled to keep the room cool when it was really warm outside.

convenient location decent bistro available staff

the location near the república station was really convenient. i liked the availability of taverns and bistros in the area! the hotel had a closed main door in the evening though there was an intercom and staff available at all times.

The storage for luggage is in a semi-open area behind the reception. I had to take full responsibility for it.

The location was excellent. I could easily walk to many major attractions. The staff provided really good service. They promptly addressed my questions and assisted with directions. I found the cleanliness excellent, and the breakfast offered good tasty croissants and coffee.

The noise levels from the street were high at night. Garbage collection and early morning workers disrupted my sleep.
