the staff were very helpful the room was clean the wifi was good. the air conditioning was good the hotel is in a good location close to the vittorio emanuele metro station. the castoro supermarket was very close by
the room was super small there was little space to move. there was no kettle or complementary tea in the room there was no coffee in the room.

The hotel is close to termini station and the metro! the staff were professional and helpful! the family room was clean and comfy. It. i got all the help i needed as a solo traveler. They made everything so easy!
the website mentioned luggage storage, but i faced initial denial. this was inconvenient since i needed a space for my hand luggage. it would be great if they could guarantee luggage storage for all guests!
