The location was unbeatable near the colosseum. the staff helped me a lot with directions and suggestions. my room was very clean. I appreciate that a lot. i also liked the flexible check-in.

The elevator seemed old. I was a little nervous using it.

central location, clean rooms

helpful staff twin beds fantastic bars

the staff communicated well. lisa helped us store bags, because we arrived early. she contacted us when the room was ready. my daughter and i requested twin beds, and that request was met. i enjoyed the fantastic bars nearby.

the main door to the building is not locked during the day or evening, i did not feel safe

The elevator is old. I felt scared using it though it worked. there are a series of locks and doors leading to the rooms. the street entrance took some time to find.

i booked believing breakfast was included, but i received an email that no food would be included. there are restaurants close by, this was not a problem. there are also fantastic bars close by.

rooms were clean, modern, and updated. the twin beds were comfy. the washroom in our room was clean. there was a high ceiling in the room offering a spacious experience.

the location is in the heart of monti. the location is fantastic for the colosseum and other must-see locations. trevi fountain is within 30 minutes walk, and a short cab ride goes to the vatican.
