the location was excellent. it was near many restaurants and shops. a/c was available in the room. the room was also pretty quiet.

the elevator was very small. it was not convenient for luggage. i also found the room to be very small for the price. i had a window but the bathroom's shower flooded everywhere.

i really enjoyed my stay. the location was wonderful. i appreciated the proximity to many attractions. the staff was very helpful and always available. the daily breakfast was a treat and offered MANY tasty options. the experience included a bottle of very good wine.

the elevators seemed a BIT small and slow at times, especially during peak hours.

all staff members did an excellent job. the concierge desk permuted among the b. zar-hotels. they cared about my stay and were open to questions! gabriele, alexandro, leonardo, and alice provided invaluable advice about local attractions.
