every staff member helped with directions and gave information for a visit. monica at the cafeteria welcomed me with coffee and cakes. the breakfast included many choices and my bedroom had towels and teas. emanuere gave all the information before check in.

the sound insulation needs work. you can hear everything from neighboring rooms and the street. a group made noise next door. i had to call the front desk.

My room was quite clean. The breakfast buffet offered many choices, and I found the food quality excellent. The staff were very polite and friendly. I experienced great service. I also appreciated the location. It's close to the metro station.

The sound proof was terrible though you can hear what everyone around you in different rooms were doing.

My room had thin walls and I could hear a lot of noise from other rooms. This was annoying at night.
