The location offered immediate access to Vatican City. The staff was always ready to assist with directions and information. Breakfast featured a good selection of pastries, fruit, and hot dishes. I found the experience quite satisfactory.

The elevator was a bit slow during peak hours.

I found the location convenient, right across from the Vatican Museums. The staff were always polite and ready to assist with any questions. My room was very clean, and I particularly enjoyed having a bathtub.

The shower design allowed water to easily leak onto the bathroom floor.

The reception staff offered helpful assistance with directions and local information. They were available 24 hours a day. Check-in was efficient, and the staff held my bags securely after checkout, allowing me to explore the area further. They made everything VERY easy!!!
