the location proved convenient! the proximity to termini station made getting around easy. i found bus shuttle access to fiumicino airport directly across the street, a huge plus. i'd certainly consider staying here again because of the location and transport links.
The elevator had a sign saying it was out of order. it was still used daily.

my room provided a tv, free air conditioning, and a free safe, which i definitely used. there were many charging points available, a useful amenity, and the room stayed dark and quiet for sleeping, very appreciated.

the breakfast area offered a coffee bar. coffee was dispensed from an espresso machine, though some found it not quite hot enough. i noticed that dirty dishes and some breakfast preparation leftovers were visible during service.

the location was very convenient near the main train station i appreciated that the buses to and from the airport were very close the staff was also friendly and cute the metro access made it easy to visit main attractions
the wifi signal was not good i had trouble connecting in my room i also found ants in the bathroom this was a bit unsettling the fridge in the room was not working and seemed quite old

this place located close to termini station. it makes travel easy i think. friendly staff assisted with directions i needed. the elevator up to my floor was especially useful with my heavy bag i brought.
the room lack counter space in bathroom. it was inconvenient place to store my toiletries. i hope they fix it.

the hotel's location near termini station and the airport bus shuttle was very convenient. i had a quiet room due to the inner courtyard window. i was happy the building included an elevator. the staff offered a friendly service during check-in.
