adequate stay with a few issues

poor lightingstreet noise

i found the lack of clear signage at the entrance frustrating it was hard to find the place initially also the breakfast was disappointing the selection was limited and not very fresh i expected more variety. i found the room lighting poor especially for working or reading i had a hard time getting comfortable. the noise from the street at night made it difficult to sleep the soundproofing was inadequate.

The location was excellent, i could easily walk to major attractions. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist with directions. i liked the daily room cleaning. Fresh towels were provided each day. the breakfast offered a variety of choices, which i found really convenient.

the elevator was a bit slow , sometimes making me wait.

the hotel is near via nazionale , one of the biggest shopping streets. it is also close to a metro station. i could easily walk to fontana di trevi and the spanish steps , it was very convenient.

the location was really convenient. i easily reached all main attractions. the staff showed amazing kindness. they gave helpful advice and were very friendly.

the wifi had bad signal strength. i had to stand in the corridor to connect. the breakfast wasnt good. i saw rotten bananas in the breakfast box. the box also had biscuits and jam.
